Background

The hard stage is where I work.

Fleet integrations across 500+ units in safety critical aviation, live operations with 800 vehicles and 120 people, procurement at €90M+ scale. The work was always in the hard stage: between prototype, production and daily operations where most of the expensive surprises live.

TAIVR is the structure I built around that experience. I work with hardware founders, their investors and corporates at the point where getting operations right is the difference between a business and a very expensive prototype.
